For the last 8 years, Robert fry (60 yrs old) has been trying to perfect the best salami. Coming from founding a private jet catering business for over 30 years catering to the top 1% kings and queens, popstars… he’s moved to the world of game trying to solve another issue: thousands of shot birds going to waste and being buried at shoots. Wanting to reinvent the wheel and make game exciting again… and turning these dead shot game into salami that so delicious, non gamey and packs a punch with flavour! Whilst also being nitrate free, preservative free and all natural!
Paired with various obstacles along the way, physical health battles, gaining support from estates being so early on in our business journey, but most of all, being a 1 man band to not only go out there and find clients, produce it, and also collecting and load all 750 birds one by one on the back of his van which is physically demanding and taking a toll on him. His persistency, endurance has landed him on the start of an exiting journey ahead ( fingers crossed) this very early start up with some well esteemed customers on his books is testament to his exceptional product and we’re also thankful for the support of our clients supporting our business and believing in our product!
